Survival Mode Progression

Add a way of rewarding players for their Survival Mode achievements. Completing Survival runs would grant Mr. Riggs small, but meaningful permanent bonuses, for example construction cost reductions, additional damage resistances, etc.

KerostasisMost valuable permanent progression to me: Bioscan progress. (Last I checked this wasn't really used in Survival at all, and for good reason if it's not permanent. But if you get permanent progression, then it could become useful.)

RWAdding a roguelike mechanics <3 I've suggested this on a day0! Still waiting! Someone mentioned bioscan progression, with current state (lite time i played that is), without speed mods, this feature was v. tedious in campaing.
