Allows difficulty change mid game

Can change difficulty settings for an existing campaign savegame or even survival mode instead of having to start a new one

As a temporary solution for the issues with difficulty scaling this is a great idea that i would certainly make use of.

Scaling difficulty would be appreciated, but giving the player more agency is always best. That`s why i´d say this suggestion is the better option.
