Implement keybind modifiers in settings
In addition to binding an action to button "1" let us also separately bind "Ctrl+1" or "Shift+1" to other actions. Riftbreaker has a lot of possible shortcuts but our keyboards don't have enough keys for them.
This would mean that instead of using 1-8 for consumable items, we could use 1-4 and Shift+1-4, or similarly bind buildings or menus.

ArcBluecould be useful.
I'd add another important keybind, which is being able to change the keybind for the developer console. As I play, I repeatedly press the tilde key unintentionally as I use the tab or #1 keys. In the middle of a fight, it often means I die. lots of enemies on extreme difficulty it only takes a split second of not being able to control my character to mean death. I did find a way to disable the console within the console commands, but having to type that in every time I open the game app is extremely annoying. I also use the console from time to time, and if I disable it then decide I want to use it, i can only quit the app and restart it and my game to make the console reappear, then I have to deal with accidentally activating it again. Super annoying!
